Job Description:
Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for Security Guards to oversee operations at their security guard agency. The supervisor will assist clients/guests with special needs, handle emergency situations, coordinate activities with other departments, prepare and submit reports, order materials and supplies, resolve work problems, provide technical advice, supervise and schedule workers, train staff in job duties and safety procedures, supervise office and volunteer staff, and establish work schedules and procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Assist clients/guests with special needs
– Handle emergency situations
– Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
– Prepare and submit progress and other reports
– Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
– Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
– Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of more than 20 security guards
– Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
– Supervise office and volunteer staff
– Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
– Security Guard License
Work Conditions:
