Job Description:
I-Corp Security Services Ltd is hiring a Security Guard Supervisor to oversee various locations. The successful candidate will assist clients/guests with special needs, handle emergency situations, prepare and submit progress reports, resolve work problems, provide technical advice, supervise and schedule workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Responsibilities:
– Assist clients/guests with special needs
– Handle emergency situations
– Prepare and submit progress and other reports
– Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
– Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
– Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
– Establish work schedules and procedures
Supervision:
– Security guards
Requirements:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1 to less than 7 months of experience
– Security Guard License
Work Conditions:
