Job Description/Overview:
You will be called upon to strengthen the sales team by actively participating in field prospecting, analyzing prospects’ needs, ensuring commercial negotiations, drafting contracts, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our client’s services and solutions to prospects in Luxembourg
- Identify projects and qualify them
- Achieve and exceed turnover targets
- Actively engage customers to promote sales, offer additional products or complementary services when appropriate.
- Provide advice to prospects, present them with offers adapted to their needs
- Follow up with current prospects, develop a network of trust in your prospecting base
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered by our client: features, benefits and price positioning.
- Prepare sales contracts, possibly with the assistance of the Pre-sales department, and follow up with prospects
- Carry out financial simulations and prepare the sales pitch to prospects.
- Ensure the proper processing and monitoring of contracts.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of information and data
- Identify non-conformities and incidents and contribute to the implementation of curative, preventive or corrective actions
- Act in accordance with company policies, particularly CSR and GDPR.
Qualifications needed
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience (!! excluding internships!!)
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg market
- Good knowledge in the field of customer relations, successful experience in Account Management considered an asset
- Knowledge in the field of archiving, scanning or EDM would be a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Rigor in monitoring files
- Excellent customer presentation skills
- ease in contact with all levels of customers
- outstanding negotiator
- Experience in developing a commercial network
- Good ability to adapt to any type of environment, situation and interlocutor
- Good writing skills in French and English
- Level C2 in French, C1 in English, any other language will be an additional asset
