Key Responsibilities
- Selling parts to internal, external and commercial customers
- Receive and inspect the goods and be charged for placing them in place
- Ensuring the supply of parts and accessories within the time limits in compliance with quality standards
- Check and follow orders, prepare materials for the workshop
- Realize the quotes and invoices
- Take charge of the customers and listen to their needs
- Make sure that the logistics area is clean and attractive
- Contribute to the assessment of quantitative and qualitative objectives in the areas of parts and logistics
- Know and respect existing processes (manufacturers, manufacturers, importers, dealers)
- Collaborate and communicate with workshop leaders
Qualifications needed
- Educational level
- General certificate / Technical certificate
- A-Level / Tech-Level
- HND or equivalent
- CATP/DAP training as a trader or merchant
- First experiences relevant to a similar position
- Gain good knowledge of automotive technology and parts
- Strong passion for the automotive industry and the major subject of mobility today and tomorrow
- Working in a structured, organized and focused manner on solving problems
- Listen to the customer and have a clear customer sense
- Aim to work as a team and have good communication skills
- Have a good mastery of the MS Office package
- Very good mastery of German and French
- The mastery of Luxembourgish and English will be considered as an advantage
