About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Account Management to lead our post-sales function for the Wealthsimple for Business product line. This role involves managing a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), overseeing the onboarding and implementation of Enterprise Accounts, and developing frameworks to optimize and scale our account management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account management team, focusing on onboarding, implementation, upselling, and account expansion.

– Directly manage a team of CSMs, providing coaching, support, and professional development.

– Lead the implementation process for Enterprise accounts, managing change and communication with stakeholders.

– Develop new processes and frameworks to scale and optimize account management functions.

– Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with backend operations and product teams.

– Ensure member support standards meet account expectations and drive client success.

 

Qualifications Needed:

– 5+ years of experience in Account Management or a client-facing B2B role, with experience in developing implementation and onboarding processes.

– 2+ years of experience in a management role with demonstrated leadership skills.

– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

– Analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and experience using SQL (preferred but not required).

– Proven ability to take initiative, act independently, and drive results.

– Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute innovative ideas.

 

Additional Skills:

– Advanced skills in Salesforce.

– Experience with large Canadian employers and working with HR and People leaders.

– Background in finance, benefits, HR tech, or compensation industries.
