Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales department with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Utilise Outlook and other software to manage emails, appointments, and schedules.
– Demonstrate strong computer literacy to input and retrieve data accurately.
– Provide efficient time management to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
– Utilise organisational skills to maintain records and files systematically.
– Handle administrative duties to support the sales team effectively.
– Assist in sales administration tasks as required.
– Maintain office efficiency by organising office operations and procedures.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role is advantageous.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, is essential.
– Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are required.
– Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
– Previous experience in an office environment is beneficial.
