Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office procedures, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities along with selling our products and services
Key Responsibilities
– Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
– Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating office personnel
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
– Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
– Achieve sales targets and research & analysis of competitors to build new product portfolio.
Qualifications needed
Proven experience in organizational management and team supervision
– Strong background in office administration and sales and marketing.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients
– Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
