Job Description/Overview:
We are looking for motivated chefs to join our team @ Bespoke Inns. We have 4 stunning venues across Derby. The right candidates will be up for a new challenge and ready to join the kitchen team for this exciting venue!

Key Responsibilities
A passion for fresh food is required and a proven ability to cook modern, seasonal pub food is essential
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn new skills and pass these on to the team.
The ability to work under pressure with a small team
A desire to build on the current trade levels whilst maintaining company standards
Ability to manage stock rotation and ordering as and when required.
Maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation and work areas.
Complying with all set out food hygiene regulations.
Qualifications needed
We are looking for a strong leader with great kitchen skills and strong attention to detail. The ability to motivate, and support a team is essential. A passion for fresh food is required and the ability to bring ideas to the table, to support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management. Some knowledge of Health & Safety is required.
We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar level position, the ability to work on your own initiative, to maintain company standards and manage a kitchen team well. We would also consider applications from commis chef of high turnover business who are looking to step up in their career.
