Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities
– Plan, develop, and implement marketing plans to support the TLS business, brand identity, and positioning of PwC.
– Engage in activities such as event management, running webinars, creating content (thought leaderships, blog articles, videos, web pages, flyers, newsletters, news alerts, etc.).
– Work closely with the TLS BU, Country Partners, and key stakeholders to develop strategies and drive campaigns.
– Lead various marketing projects by understanding objectives, developing action plans, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and creating supporting materials.
– Ensure alignment with PwC Middle East’s brand identity and overall corporate brand guidelines.
– Develop marketing plans with Business and Country Partners.
– Collaborate with Industry Marketing Managers to highlight TLS in key industries.
– Deliver quality thought leadership and support brand positioning through publications and collateral on relevant business topics.
– Coordinate with the design team and agencies for creative production.
– Implement the regional marketing plan and activities, ensuring adherence to corporate branding guidelines.
– Work with PR & Communications Team to drive key messages and increase brand coverage.
– Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and produce reports.
– Liaise with corporate marketing and knowledge teams on global campaigns and initiatives.
– Implement marketing training opportunities for partners and principals.
– Manage the budget for TLS, ensuring cost efficiency of marketing activities.
– Review business results and ensure marketing activities align with achieving the plan.
– Support internal and external communications for TLS, including drafting monthly client newsletters and coordinating media interviews.

– Degrees/Field of Study required: Not specified.

Required Skills
– Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
– 7+ years of experience in the marketing field.
– Proven track record in a marketing function.
– 2+ years of experience in the Professional Services Industry at a top-tier firm in PR, Communications, or Marketing.
– 2+ years of experience in a management capacity.
– In-depth knowledge of marketing and branding principles, Professional Services Industry trends, and best practices.
– Strong knowledge of new and traditional marketing channels.
– Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and interviewing skills.
– Knowledge of monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
– Expertise in online media, social media marketing, and developing user-friendly digital platforms.
– Strong marketing research skills and competitive intelligence analysis.
– Good project management skills.
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
