The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales and Marketing Representative to join our vibrant team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about starting a career in sales and marketing. You will work closely with senior team members to execute marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
Sales Support: Support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on your findings.
Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Present products and services, address client inquiries, and offer solutions.
Event Coordination: Help organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Assist in planning event logistics, managing on-site activities, and following up with attendees.
Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales activities. Analyze data to measure performance and suggest improvements.
Team Collaboration: Work with team members to brainstorm new ideas, share best practices, and support each other in achieving team goals.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.
