Job Description
As a Harvesting Labourer you will focus on packing fruits, examining product quality and harvesting of produce. Also sorting out fruit into different grades
Key Responsibilities
Apply fertilizers and apply the technique of hoeing between the row
Clean the crops and clear fields of wood and stones
Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas
Cut agricultural crops as well cut agricultural seed according to farm standards
Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
Greenhouse cleaning and guide growing shoots into optimal development positions
Pick row and orchard crops
Experience
Will train
Language
English Language
Qualifications
Hand harvesting vegetables and seedlings
Level earth to fine grade specifications
Mixing fertilizer and pack fruits and vegetables
Sort fruits and vegetables and write daily basic progress reports
Fertilize and spray crops
Harvest crops and cut horticultural crops
Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry
