Position Overview
Think Green Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our brand’s reach and engagement through innovative marketing strategies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee social media accounts, create content, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Plan, develop, and schedule engaging, on-brand content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online presence.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.
- Stay updated on social media trends to enhance engagement and optimize content strategies.
2. Content Creation
- Design and curate original, high-quality content for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with designers or external creators to ensure visuals align with brand standards.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, email newsletters, website updates, and other promotional materials.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison for influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners in marketing campaigns.
- Manage influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Campaign & Event Support
- Assist in planning and monitoring multi-channel campaigns and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
5. Administrative Support
- Maintain an organized content calendar for marketing activities.
- Manage budgets, process invoices, and monitor expenses to align with financial goals.
- Handle administrative tasks such as coordinating marketing activities and preparing presentations.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or digital content role.
- Proficiency in managing and analyzing social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
