Role Overview:
As an Account Manager – Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing client accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, creative, and impactful solutions while ensuring effective project management and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Director in delivering creative and innovative solutions aligned with client briefs.
- Collaborate across the Dentsu network to leverage a wide range of products and services to drive business value for clients.
- Project manage client communication plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Continuously review and optimize plans to drive greater value and efficiency through innovation.
- Lead and motivate internal teams to produce best-in-class work.
- Provide clients with accurate updates and detailed plans, fostering transparency and trust.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years in account management, preferably within social media or digital marketing.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
