Job Description
We are seeking a talented YouTube Paid Ads Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, particularly on the YouTube platform, and possess strong analytical skills. Creativity and a passion for video marketing are essential to thrive in this role, where you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Creation: Develop and launch 10 different YouTube ads each week.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor ad performance, retaining the best-performing ads and regularly introducing new content.
- Strategy Development: Articulate a clear game plan outlining the number of ads created weekly, tracking progress, and determining key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience specializing in running paid ads on YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills to assess ad performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to develop and communicate clear strategies, including working hours, targets, and performance metrics.
