Job Description/Overview:
Sanders Senior Living is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Claridge Place Care Home. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being in a nurturing environment. You’ll work closely with a team focused on creating meaningful moments filled with joy and purpose for each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents in daily activities and promote independence.
Foster a warm, positive environment through empathy and attentive care.
Collaborate with team members to create an enriching and engaging experience for residents.
Qualifications:
No prior experience is required, although it is beneficial. Sanders Senior Living values applicants with empathy, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Experience:
While previous experience as a Care Assistant is an asset, it is not required. The role suits individuals with a passion for caregiving and a can-do attitude.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach.
Ability to work as part of a team and handle daily care responsibilities with positivity.

Additional Information:
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Hours: 34.20 hours per week (three shifts, 07:00 am – 19:00 pm, alternate weekends)
