Position: Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description/Overview:
This role involves handling all administrative duties for the Sales and Marketing Department, including scheduling, typing correspondence, and maintaining account files. The Sales Administrative Assistant will also coordinate general office functions, assist in scheduling meetings, respond to inquiries, and handle special projects for the sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule workload to meet deadlines for managers
Type and distribute correspondence, including booking notices, letters, contracts, etc.
Maintain account files with all necessary information
Answer incoming phone calls for the Sales Department
Transcribe, type, and sometimes compose correspondence for Director of Sales and Sales Managers
Maintain computerized and manual filing systems
Assist in coordinating meetings hosted by the Director of Sales
Serve as the Key Operator for Delphi Sales & Catering system
Conduct site inspections when necessary
Qualify incoming sales inquiries and leads for distribution
Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales or hospitality
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Experience:
Experience in a similar role, especially in sales or hospitality, is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in administrative tasks
Familiarity with Delphi Sales & Catering system
Strong customer service orientation
