Job Description/Overview:
J.Lindeberg is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Store Manager for our store at Helsinki Outlet. As a Store Manager, you will drive business growth and brand building while embodying the company’s progressive, energetic, and inclusive values. You will report to the Operations Manager and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop the store team through coaching, setting high standards, and recruiting new members.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, proactively managing P&L for a healthy business.
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships through CRM and clienteling to foster loyalty.
Establish routines and strategies in collaboration with the Outlet Manager.
Maintain the store’s visual appearance according to brand standards and organize in-store activations.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the store and stockroom, overseeing stock takes and daily operations.
Qualifications:
Passion for providing world-class service and high-quality clothing, with a keen interest in the retail industry.
Energetic, positive, and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Highly organized with experience in team leadership, particularly in premium fashion brands.
Experience in CRM and building long-term customer relationships, with a focus on team development.
Understanding of KPIs (P&L, ROI) with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
