Position: Admin Assistant

Job Description/Overview:
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team with various administrative tasks. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with report preparation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
Maintain filing systems and accurate record-keeping
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Support team members with administrative tasks and projects
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience:
1 year of secretarial experience required
Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong multitasking skills
