Job Description/Overview:
Campain Group is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join their team in Melbourne. As a leading supplier and manufacturer of Point of Sale Display Products, the ideal candidate will manage current accounts while generating and developing new ones. The role requires a balance of autonomy and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales and develop new client relationships.
Manage current client accounts.
Convert target prospects into sales opportunities and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team.
Serve clients in the showroom and handle phone inquiries.
Assist in other areas of the company as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, account management, and/or customer service (both face-to-face and over the phone).
Experience in B2B, POS, printing, or merchandising is an asset.
Computer skills are essential; familiarity with MYOB is highly regarded.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
Skills:
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Resourceful with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
