Job Description/Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for managing community census and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as hospitals and community organizations. The role requires achieving census goals, generating leads, conducting tours, and ensuring high-quality services to residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and maintain community census
Build relationships with referral sources and community agencies
Develop strategies for admissions
Participate in industry trade shows
Schedule screenings of potential residents
Coordinate admissions and complete paperwork
Attend weekly admissions meetings and submit monthly reports
Drive the company vehicle as required
Ensure residents and families receive high-quality services
Assist in emergency situations and evacuations
Maintain confidentiality of health information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work well with peers in a compassionate and respectful environment
Must be able to read, write, and understand English
Must comply with business conduct standards and health regulations
Experience:
Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in senior living, preferred
Experience managing admissions and working with referral sources
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet census and budget goals
Compassionate and attentive to resident needs
