Job Description/Overview:
The CSA Site Manager will oversee all CSA construction activities to ensure project delivery aligns with customer objectives. The role involves supervising site operatives, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, quality control, and budget requirements. The CSA Site Manager is also responsible for maintaining site records and liaising with subcontractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects from start to completion
Ensure resources are allocated on time to meet project demands
Monitor on-site and off-site compliance with construction and safety regulations
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
Track daily progress and maintain site records
Resolve issues and mitigate risks
Ensure quality standards and construction techniques are upheld
Conduct safety and quality audits
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients
Qualifications:
Background in civil groundworks, particularly concrete and rebar construction
Relevant safety training
First aid qualification (training can be provided)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience:
Experience in construction project management, specifically in civil works
Familiarity with safety and quality audits, as well as managing subcontractors
Skills:
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
