Job Description/Overview:
Console Connect is a leading Network-as-a-Service platform, enabling users to self-provision private, high-performance connections among a global ecosystem of enterprises, clouds, and SaaS providers. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a global team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) and collaborate with the VP of Global Inside Sales to develop new business opportunities. You will focus on training, developing, and recruiting the team while collaborating with the Demand Generation team to optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Training & Development: Train SDRs to create qualified opportunities and ISRs to manage inbound leads, providing ongoing coaching to ensure performance improvement.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Plan hiring and onboarding of new SDRs and ISRs for smooth integration.
Collaboration: Work with the Demand Generation team to improve Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) conversion.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to enhance opportunity management and qualification processes.
Market Insights & Messaging: Develop effective messaging strategies based on market insights to convert inbound interest into a qualified pipeline.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, aligning with business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience: Proven sales experience in the SaaS industry, with prior experience managing a sales development team.
Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities and self-motivation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with CRM software (HubSpot experience is an advantage).
Highly persistent in follow-up and results-driven.
