About the Role
The Data Team at PandaDoc is undergoing an exciting transformation, building a cutting-edge insights infrastructure with direct visibility to the CTO and co-founder. As a Product Growth Analyst, you will have a significant impact by identifying key business opportunities and addressing critical challenges. Reporting to the Director of Data, you will help shape the data roadmap and optimize product growth by analyzing user behavior, onboarding flows, and acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration to a new infrastructure (Snowflake, Airbyte, Segment, Select Star, Monte Carlo, dbt, and BI tools) to keep PandaDoc ahead of industry trends.
- Analyze user acquisition and onboarding flows to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for growth initiatives.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user acquisition strategies.
- Provide insights on customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization to enhance growth.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics).
- 2+ years of experience as a growth analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Experience with A/B testing, statistical inference, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across different teams and leadership levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch user experiences.
