Job Description/Overview:
At Splend, we’re transforming how people own and operate vehicles, focusing on rideshare and green mobility. We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Specialist to drive business growth through a customer-centric approach, handling walk-in traffic, educating customers about our unique products, and managing a portfolio of existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate customers on our product suite, service offerings, and unique selling points.
Inform customers about the benefits of on-demand driving and how Splend can support their journey.
Conduct in-person sales appointments and facilitate test drives.
Collaborate with operation and depot teams to maximise sales potential and meet business goals.
Manage an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring success and identifying opportunities for upgrades and cross-selling.
Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with Splend’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
Excellent customer service skills (2+ years of experience preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Persuasive presentation skills and the ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.
Excellent time management skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-growth scale-up environment.
Strong administrative capabilities.
Willingness to commute and work from the Moorooka Hub, including weekends as per roster.
