Job Description/Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate at Bay Audio, you will play a pivotal role in attracting potential customers to our stores and encouraging them to undergo a complimentary hearing test. You’ll offer expert advice on hearing solutions, manage the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their hearing needs and offer tailored solutions.
Demonstrate and explain hearing devices and accessories.
Conduct hearing screenings and assessments.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for hearing aids.
Maintain store operations, manage inventory, and ensure a welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
A customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to connect with clients and explain technological products.
Sales experience, ideally in a retail or healthcare setting.
Experience
Proven track record in customer service or sales roles, with the ability to exceed targets.
Previous experience in the retail or healthcare industry is preferred.
Skills
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and empathy for clients.
Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new technology.
