Job Description/Overview:
All Four x 4 is one of Australia’s largest independent 4WD Parts and Repair specialists, operating for 40 years and continuing to grow. Based in Newcastle, we stock a wide range of new, used, and reconditioned parts for most 4WD makes and models. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 90 full-time employees. We are looking for an Office Administration professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Daily sales/bank reconciliations.
Handling customer and supplier account queries via phone and email.
Maintaining records and filing systems.
Assisting management with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Admin/Accounts experience.
Debtor/Creditor experience.
Ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong computer proficiency (Titan DMS experience is highly regarded).
Intermediate to advanced Excel, MS Office, and Outlook skills.
Experience:
Previous experience in Admin/Accounts roles, with a strong background in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills.
