Job Description/Overview:
Voyage Care is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Norton Fitzwarren. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to individuals diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington’s disease, acquired brain injuries, strokes, and learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the clinical needs of the individuals we support are met
Develop close working relationships with clients to centre their nursing and care needs
Lead and support care colleagues in delivering effective clinical care
Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) training, including areas such as dementia care, pain management, and catheter care
Salary: £23.71 per hour
Hours Per Week: 36 hours

Typical Shifts:
07:30 – 19:30, working 3 shifts a week including weekends

Qualifications:
UK-based nursing qualification (RGN)
Registered with the NMC
Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience:
Experience in a similar role, particularly with individuals with complex care needs, is desirable.

Strong leadership and clinical skills
Passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals in care
Ability to foster supportive relationships with colleagues and clients
