Nova Leap Home Health is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. The role involves assisting clients with daily living tasks in their homes, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
– Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
– Provide companionship and emotional support
– Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
– Perform light housekeeping tasks
– Accompany clients to appointments or outings
– Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour
Qualifications:
– Empathetic and patient demeanour
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to follow care plans accurately
– Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility
– Observational skills to notice changes in health
Experience:
– No specific experience required, but caregiving experience is a plus
