Job Description/Overview:
Home Instead is seeking passionate and dedicated CAREGivers in Estes Park who want to make an impactful difference in the lives of others. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with 24-hour staff assistance, while receiving extensive training. No experience is required, as we provide all necessary training.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
– Assist with ambulation and transfers
– Care for individuals with Alzheimer’s/Dementia
– Perform light housekeeping and laundry
– Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
– Provide incidental transportation
Qualifications:
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Valid driver’s licence and auto insurance
– Reliable vehicle
– Ability to pass background checks, DMV check, and drug screen
Experience:
No experience required. Training will be provided.
Skills:
– Compassionate, respectful, and reliable
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong ethics and moral compass
