Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a skilled plumber to work on residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and perform various plumbing tasks to ensure efficient and effective installations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
– Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
– Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
– Estimate costs and materials needed for plumbing tasks.
Qualifications:
– Plumber Trade Certification.
Experience:
– 7 months to less than 1 year in a plumbing role.
Skills:
– Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation techniques.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

– Salary: $40.00 to $60.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week.
