Job Description/Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Health Care Support Workers. This role involves providing essential support to healthcare professionals and assisting patients in their daily activities, ensuring they receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
– Support patients with daily living activities
– Monitor and report any changes in patients’ conditions
– Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
– Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications:

– Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:
– Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
