Job Description/Overview:
Join the Reproductive Health team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) and be part of an exciting expansion of the Gynaecology service. You will support a newly designated 14-bedded female-only ward specifically for surgical elective Gynaecology and Gynae-oncology patients. This role offers a rewarding career with opportunities for personal development and the chance to be part of a service striving towards implementing a Women’s Health Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients
– Support clinical governance and facilitate the modernization of patient services
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient satisfaction
– Maintain and improve standards and quality of care
– Work shifts covering days, weekends, and nights
Qualifications:
– No specific qualifications mentioned, but enthusiasm and commitment are essential
Experience:
– Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is preferred but not mandatory
