Job Description/Overview:
As a Healthcare Sales Assistant at Boots, you will deliver healthcare advice and product recommendations, helping customers make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. This role supports the Boots reimagined customer and patient experience in-store and online, acting as a health and wellness ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide holistic healthcare advice to customers and patients
– Engage with customers, offering product solutions and advice
– Promote Boots omnichannel services (e.g., Pharmacy Services, Online Doctor)
– Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
– Refer patients to healthcare professionals when necessary
– Stay updated with the latest health and wellness products and trends
Qualifications:
– Passionate about customer service and health solutions
– Energetic, empathetic, and team-oriented
– Digitally savvy and able to embrace omnichannel services
– Willing to complete Healthcare training at NVQ2 or equivalent
Experience:
No prior experience required (training provided)
Skills:
– Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
– Interest in holistic health and wellness
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team
