Job Description/Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join the Lower Annandale Community Nursing team, delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary Home Team, alongside Allied Health Professionals, Social Services, and Public Health Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver nursing care to housebound patients.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
– Adapt to an ever-changing environment while providing compassionate care.
Qualifications:
Experience working within a community setting is preferred but not essential.
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare or community setting is advantageous.
