Job Description/Overview:
67 Degrees Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to oversee daily operations and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs.
– Coordinate and manage the delivery of healthcare services within the clinic.
– Direct and control daily operations and staff.
– Plan and manage budgets and expenditures.
– Establish and implement health care policies and procedures.
– Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
– Develop evaluation systems to monitor the effectiveness of healthcare services.
– Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s degree is required.
– 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
Experience and Specialization:
– Previous experience in managing healthcare services and coordinating staff is required.
– Experience in budget planning and policy implementation is preferred.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
– Work must be completed on-site with no remote work option.
Personal Suitability:
– Strong leadership and organisational skills.
– Excellent communication and staff management abilities.
