Job Description/Overview:
The role involves managing sales teams, establishing organisational objectives, and coordinating operations for CODEPAPER TECHNOLOGIES INC. The candidate will handle marketing, operations management, sales strategies, and organisational leadership. This position also includes elements of information systems management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Allocate resources (material, human, and financial) to implement policies and programs
– Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments
– Establish objectives and formulate/approve organisational policies and programs
– Represent the organisation in negotiations and official functions
– Select middle managers, directors, and other executive staff and create optimal working conditions
– Develop and implement marketing, communication, and sales strategies
– Lead sales teams in managing business client relationships and sales contracts
– Conduct performance reviews
– Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets
Supervision: 3-4 people
Pay: $62.05 hourly / 35 hours per week
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 5+ years of experience
Experience and Specialization:
– Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
– Specialisation: Operations management, sales, development, brand management, digital media
Work Setting:
– On-site, no remote option
– Management and IT infrastructure focus
