Job Description/Overview:
As a Nursing Assistant at MFT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care with empathy, consideration, and dignity. You will be supported through the Support Worker Development Programme, which includes completing the Care Certificate for those who have not done so. The programme offers progression into a Band 3 Nursing Assistant role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver patient care with compassion and dignity.
– Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
– Participate in the Support Worker Development Programme to advance skills.
Career Progression:
– Opportunities to progress to Band 3 Nursing Assistant after completing relevant training.
– Skills analysis and access to clinical modules to bridge any gaps in clinical knowledge.
Salary: £23,615.00 to £25,674.00 per year
Qualifications/Experience:
– Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant is beneficial but not required. Training and development opportunities will be provided.
