Job Description/Overview:
At 2 Sisters Food Group, we are dedicated to feeding the nation as one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers. We are seeking Food Production Operatives to join our team at our West Bromwich Site D.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handling and packing food products in a busy, chilled factory environment.
– Working with raw meat.
– Ensuring Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality standards are met.
– Working at pace in a fast-moving production environment.
Ideal Candidate:
– Passionate about delivering customer orders while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
– Comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment:
– Previous factory or warehouse experience is useful but not essential as full training is provided.
– Motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications/Experience:
– Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, chilled environment.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
