Job Description/Overview
As a Software Engineer at Resonance IT Inc, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, optimising architecture, planning the integration of computer systems, and maintaining software. You will also conduct usability testing, provide post-sale support, and lead a team of IT professionals to develop integrated software systems.
Key Responsibilities
– Collect and document user requirements
– Develop process and network models for optimising system architecture
– Plan the integration and maintenance of software
– Conduct research to design, develop, and test computer-based systems
– Synthesise technical information for the full lifecycle of the system
– Upgrade and maintain software systems
– Lead and coordinate IT teams for software development
– Conduct usability testing and perform security and quality controls
– Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 1 to 2 years of experience in software development
Experience
– 1 to 2 years of experience in software development or IT systems
Skills
– Strong knowledge of cloud technology
– Technical proficiency in software integration and lifecycle management
– Client-focused and detail-oriented
