Overview
City Fish is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Supervisor to manage our retail operations in Calgary. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, handle inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Workplace Information
- On-site work only; no option for remote work
- Work setting: Wholesale establishment/store
Responsibilities
- Assign duties to sales workers and manage their daily activities.
- Hire, train, and arrange training for new staff members.
- Order and manage merchandise inventory, including authorizing returns.
- Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues related to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and conduct performance reviews.
