– Oversee kitchen operations and supervise staff to ensure a smooth workflow
– Maintain consistency and quality during food production
– Assist in food preparation as needed

– Manage kitchen inventory and control costs
Qualifications
Essential
– Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
– Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
– Leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff

– Excellent organisational skills to manage operations efficiently
– Qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts
– Driving Licence
