Job Description/Overview:
The Technical Program Manager will work closely with scientists, engineers, and business development professionals to develop and manage comprehensive program plans. The role includes breaking down long-term goals into actionable steps, managing risks, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. This position requires building strong relationships with external partners and adapting strategies based on emerging data and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive program plans by breaking down long-term goals into actionable steps

– Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges

Qualifications Needed:

Experience:
5-10 years of program management experience with a proven track record in managing complex programs
Skills:
– Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
– Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
– Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
– Strategic vision to align program goals with broader company strategy
