Job Description/Overview:
As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will lead the 3-4 year old room, supported by an experienced team and a knowledgeable Director. The role involves creating a positive learning environment and delivering a high-quality early childhood program.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and develop educational programs for 3-4 year olds
– Collaborate with a team of educators
– Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
– Contribute to the development and implementation of educational activities
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor of Early Childhood or ACECQA assessed equivalent
– NESA accreditation
Experience:
– Experience in early childhood education (new graduates with sector experience are welcome)
Skills:
– Strong leadership and educational skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
