Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the unit in their tasks ;
- Assist the DPO in maintaining overview of tasks and deadlines
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings ;
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence ;
- Write and edit documents, including internal and external correspondence and institutional documents ;
- Create and maintain filing systems ;
- Conduct research and compile inputs received from various sources related to data protection matters ;
- Liaise with other parts of the organisation for the administrative needs of the unit ;
- Research into given judgement or academic articles.
Qualifications needed
- You have a degree in the field of law ;
- You have successful experience in the field of law especially in the data protection field ;
- You speak English (at least C1). Knowledge of another European language is an asset ;
- You have experience in data processing.
