Job Description/Overview:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Expert at Foyer Global Health, your role will be central to the execution of our global marketing strategy. Using your experience, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the success of our digital campaigns. Acting as a liaison between the team leader and other team members, you will encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and skills development within the team. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking will be key to ensuring the continued growth and effectiveness of our digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- You will take an active role at helping define and roll-out the digital strategy to support Foyer Global Health’s further expansion. You’ll be in charge of paid acquisition, social media management and automation. Any initiative to develop the digital strategy will be greatly appreciated.
- Make proposals and develop specific communication projects/plans to help achieve the objectives set out in the marketing plan
- Managing day-to-day operations with our providers and internal teams to ensure the best possible ROI
- Identifying the most performing customer journey which positively impacts client acquisition
- You will be accountable for the sales results of your online activations and responsible for allocating your budget in the best possible way. You will operate internal and third party tools to monitor, optimize and boost direct sales
- Lead, Shape and implement social media strategies for multiple channels globally, including but not limited to Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (in collaboration with the agency)
- Use data to inform strategy and detect new opportunities, be experimental with content and campaigns, monitor and analyze metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives and make data-centric decisions
- In collaboration with the group’s innovation and AI departments, you will be encouraged to design projects to develop new technologies to enhance performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the table for the continual improvement of our digital marketing efforts
Qualifications needed
- We are looking for a smart and astute team member, with a background in performance marketing and the following skills
- A university degree in marketing, communication, or a relevant experience
- Up to 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a sharp knowledge of the digital ecosystem (channels, media, trends, technologies, etc.)
- Clear understanding of online best practices and advertising standards
- Ability to work independently to directly contributing to achieving business targets
- Data and results driven with high affinity for Internet, technology and innovation,
- Capacity to think out of the box in order to improve processes and results
- Strong appetite for knowledge sharing and for carrying the digital transformation of an organisation
- Technical/Functional expertise: project management, analytics, content, social media, search, affiliates, etc.
- Thorough, curious and creative mind with a proven track record in problem solving
- Ability to drive results and execute a strategy across multiple regions
- Ability to work effectively with multi-cultural team and truly enjoying teamwork
- Languages: full English proficiency, any other European language will be considered as a strong advantage
- Sharp knowledge in Google Analytics and Ads platform are a must
