Job Description/Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative at Orum, you will be responsible for prospecting leads, qualifying accounts, and generating pipeline opportunities for the Sales Teams. You will be the primary point of contact for presenting Orum to prospects, with the potential for significant career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prospect and qualify leads to generate pipeline opportunities
– Present Orum’s solutions to potential clients
– Utilize sales technologies and tools for effective outreach
– Maintain strong communication and “sales IQ”
– Align with Orum’s values and contribute to its mission of making sales more human
Qualifications needed:
– Must be a current Canadian citizen
– 0-12 months of experience in sales development, prospecting, or lead generation
– Proven track record of overachievement in academics, sports, or extracurricular activities
– Strong communication skills and work ethic
– Alignment with Orum’s values
Nice To Have:
– Experience with sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
