Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing sponsorship opportunities for our events. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential sponsors and develop a pipeline of leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing sponsors.
- Create customized sponsorship packages to meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close sponsorship deals.
- Work closely with the event management team to ensure sponsor satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential sponsors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
