Job Description/Overview:

Key Responsibilities
- As a Product Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing life insurance products within the company. Your mission is to ensure that the offered products meet customer expectations, are profitable for the company, and comply with current regulations.
- You are also responsible for the pre-contractual and contractual documentation of the products, as well as regulatory mailings to clients.
- You will provide technical support to other departments and participate in projects aimed at improving process efficiency and productivity.
Product Creation:
- Define the product according to commercial expectations, target market, and value proposition.
- Design to minimize risks and ensure strategic alignment with the company’s vision.
- Collaborate on pricing, launch, and promotion, while establishing documentation and performance indicators.
Product Maintenance:
- Monitor and improve existing products, ensuring regulatory compliance and prioritizing new features.
- Regularly review products according to governance procedures.
- Update products based on current regulations.
Document Management:
- Create and update pre-contractual and contractual documentation ensuring their compliance.
- Ensure the availability, archiving, and inventory of documents.
- Manage the design and sending of mailings to clients, anticipating and managing associated risks.
