Job Description/Overview:
Our client, a small dynamic company, is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual, with excellent proficiency in both English and French
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Manage emails and correspondence.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations.
- Collaborate with other team members to support various operational tasks.
Qualifications needed
- Excellent command of both English and French, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
