Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the bank’s image
- Manage media relations and respond to press inquiries
- Create editorial content for all internal and external bank media (press releases, speeches, blog articles, brochures, etc.)
- Organize press conferences
- Oversee the creation of the bank’s annual and sustainability reports
- Review and harmonize texts to comply with editorial guidelines
Qualifications needed
- Holder of a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in public relations, communication, or journalism
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or banking sector
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourgish media landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments
- Sensitivity to confidentiality and security issues in the financial sector
- Proficiency in common office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of Luxembourgish, German, French, and English
